Situated in the Little Harbour area of Anguilla, Villa Indigo is a fantastic private retreat for up to 20 guests, a luxury villa in the Caribbean with a private beach, two swimming pools and extensive garden space. This contemporary modern villa treats you to stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, and is a relaxing and peaceful haven for larger group holidays.

The entrance to Villa Indigo is found through the courtyard garden house, which does feature a lounge and kitchen space among its facilities. The main living area of the villa, however, is found on the upper floor of the main building. Whites, blues and nautical-themed furnishings provide a sufficiently light and comforting atmosphere befitting a beachfront villa in the Caribbean. There's ample comfy seating to relax upon, with a dining area positioned so you can best enjoy the paradisiacal views. A spacious and fully-equipped modern kitchen is found in the room adjacent to this main living space.

The living areas open out onto an enormous balcony, which connects with another smaller building known affectionately as Little Indigo. By Little Indigo, the villa features a swimming pool on the balcony, while in the garden below you can find a second, larger swimming pool for idyllic swims in the Caribbean sun. Inside, the fitness suite provides a good space for a workout before cooling off in one of the pools.

Villa Indigo enjoys roughly 1.5 acres of gardens in total, with an abundance of areas for outdoor lounging and alfresco dining. The garden meets the sea in a generous private beach area, where you can access the ocean via a small private dock. Relax on beach loungers or take to the water via kayak, paddleboard or flippers, the options are limitless on your luxury villa holiday to Anguilla. You can even enjoy a game of tennis with the villa's own private court.

Across the different buildings that consist of Villa Indigo, you will find 10 double bedroom suites, set up to host 20 guests overall. Clean, white interiors and furnishings help create a light and welcoming atmosphere across the many villa's bedrooms, all of which come with en-suite shower rooms. There are seven bedrooms in the main house and Little Indigo, with the courtyard entrance building featuring a more intimate and private space, with three bedrooms and a lounge/kitchen area.

Villa Indigo has air conditioning throughout. The villa also has laundry facilities and both outdoor and garage parking.

For larger groups, Villa Indigo can be taken alongside the neighbouring villa, Villa Le Bleu which sleeps up to 22 guests, for large groups of 42 guests or that need 20 bedrooms. Whilst both completely private, they connect via a gate on their borders.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 20 guests and is offered with full staff services (manager, professional chef and assistant, butler, hosts, housekeeping, and security). Food and drink is charged in addition at cost price plus 15%.

The villa is also available on a bed and breakfast where prices are based on 20 guests with daily hot breakfast and housekeeping.

Prices do not include local taxes of 13%, or a mandatory service charge of 10%, which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.

Location

Villa Indigo is a luxury beachfront villa in Anguilla, located in a secluded spot in Little Harbour, with its own private beach and amazing views across the Caribbean Sea.

The villa enjoys a small private beach, and it is also conveniently a 10 minute drive from the renowned beaches of Rendezvous Bay and Sandy Ground Beach, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy watersports or a number of beachfront bars and restaurants.

One of the nearest villages to Villa Indigo is George Hill, about 4 minutes drive, where you will find a small selection of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. 7 minutes in the car will take you to The Valley, Anguilla's capital, for a greater selection. In the opposite direction, you are only 4 minutes from Blowing Point. You will find more restaurants, bars and shops here, as well as this being the main ferry port, where you can get boat charters across to the island of Saint Martin.
