The Beach House, as its name suggests, is a luxury beachfront villa in the Caribbean, located on the easygoing island of Anguilla. This exceptional villa offers room for up to 16 guests across 8 bright and modern double bedrooms. The villa is perfect for celebrations, with a spacious acre of garden, an outdoor swimming pool, and hot tub just some of the highlights to go with the villa's peerless location on Meads Bay Beach in Anguilla.

The Beach House's pristine white exteriors match the soft sand of the beach it sits upon, and is primarily split across two buildings, a large main one and a smaller interconnected garden building at the back of the property. The main building houses the airy central living space, a double-height room with plush lounge seating and an elegant glass dining table that sits before a glass frontage with views out towards the turquoise seas beyond. A sleek and fully-equipped kitchen is found in a separate room, while on the floor above a mezzanine lounge looks down on the main living space and provides further space for relaxation.

A large terrace opens out from the main living space, where you are spoilt for choice between a dip in the villa's swimming pool, hot tub, or the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea. Glistening sea views occupy a wide panorama, which can be enjoyed from any number of loungers by the pool or on the beach. There are also shaded spots for alfresco dining and relaxation beneath extended verandas. Adjacent to the terrace, an acre of lawn space is the perfect spot to set up marquee tents for celebrations, or simply let kids play and run around. Around the back of the villa, there is a floodlit tennis court, while the villa also comes with kayaks, paddleboards and beach volleyball for hours of fun and exciting holiday activities.

Inside the main villa, there is a well-equipped gym for all your workout needs. This gym is located on the lower ground floor, which is also where you will find the main interior entertainment spaces. A 16-seat cinema room offers a peaceful spot for those wanting a movie night, while a games room features a whole host of excellent features for all to enjoy. Table football, table tennis, air hockey, a pool table, games consoles, mini-basketball nets and a bar area promise an unbelievable variety of entertainment each and every evening.

Eight double bedrooms welcome up to 16 guests across The Beach House. The rooms are simple and clean, with straightforward designs each with an individual charm. All the rooms come with large and lavish en-suite facilities, several of which offer both indoor and outdoor showers. Two Master suites sit on the first floor of the main building, with private balconies that provide the best viewpoints across the entire villa. Guests who are looking for some extra privacy can find so in the garden building or private apartment at the back of the property.

The Beach House has air conditioning throughout. There are laundry facilities, an office space, and plenty of indoor and outdoor parking available.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 16 guests and is offered with full staff services (manager, professional chef and assistant, butler, hosts, housekeeping, and security). Food and drink is charged in addition at cost price plus 15%.

Prices do not include local taxes of 13%, or a mandatory service charge of 10%, which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.

Location

The Beach House is a luxury beachfront villa in Anguilla that occupies a prime location on the soft white sand of Meads Bay Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Anguilla, enjoying gorgeous views towards where the Caribbean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean.

There are beachfront bars and restaurants within a minute or two walk of The Beach House, with more classy options to be discovered in both Long Bay Village and West End Village, located a 15-20 minute walk from the villa in either direction. Watersports activities and the island's golf club can be found over by Cove Bay and Rendezvous Bay, which are 5 and 10 minutes drive from the villa respectively.

The popular natural sight of Anguilla Arch is less than 10 minutes drive from the villa, while the offshore cay of Sandy Island is only a short boat journey away. Anguilla's capital, The Valley, can be reached in under 20 minutes drive.
