Villa Inmaculada Information
Castellated roof tops, stone walls and sage shutters stake a classically Mallorcan claim to this corner of the valley. Accommodation is comfortable and meticulously well-presented. Living areas are neatly kept, opening onto surrounding terraces; bedrooms are spacious, air-conditioned and have en suite bathrooms. A separate TV room, adorned with hunting trophies, provides a cool retreat for movies as well as WiFi and office facilities.
An attentive villa staff provide daily housekeeping and a cook service, which includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner daily.
Main House
On the ground floor there is a living area with contemporary art, TV room with a large number of hunting trophies, a well-equipped kitchen and formal dining room.
The first floor has 4 bedrooms, Bedroom 1 with twin beds (can be made up as a king size bed) and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 and 3 have twin beds (can be made up as a king size beds) with en suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 4 and 5 have king size beds and en suite bathrooms with twin dressing rooms.
Outside Area
Outdoors cascading geraniums in stoneware pots provide splashes of red and pinks to the wonderfully maintained gardens. The gardens look out across lower level olive orchards to the rising Tramuntana mountains. Bowling green lawns and a covered outdoor dining area surround a pool, lined with sun loungers and shaded day beds. Neatly maintained, enclosed garden, made up of lawns and sun terraces, dotted with sentinel palm trees. A bougainvillea-draped dining terrace with summer kitchen overlooks the pool area.
