This brand new villa has been built in a traditional Mallorquin style offering spacious accommodation ideal for one or more families, a family reunion or a group of friends.
Set on undulating countryside of 3.70 acres this practical family friendly villa is fully air-conditioned and has been built, furnished and equipped to the highest standards. Cool tiled floors contrast with beamed ceilings, traditional stonework and pastel coloured walls to produce a cool calm interior, which is complimented by comfortable furnishings and solid wooden beds. The bathrooms have been extremely well equipped with large walk-in showers and modern fixtures and fittings.
The entrance is through impressive double wooden doors into a double height atrium hall with a staircase with a wrought iron balustrade to the upper floor. On the ground floor the hall leads through to the large ‘L shaped' open plan living and kitchen areas. The sitting area has large comfortable sofas, satellite television, DVD, CD player and double doors which open out to the exterior terraces.
Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one of the master double bedrooms which has a dressing room and doors with access to the exterior. The en suite bathroom has a bath and separate walk-in shower. There is also a further double bedroom with a shower room.
Stairs lead up to the first floor of the villa where there are three further bedrooms. A second master double with dressing room and an en suite bathroom with a separate bath and a very large double shower. There are two other bedrooms, both with twin beds which share a shower room.
The children's games room can be found in the basement of the villa. It is a large bright and airy room with a good variety of toys, games and equipment for all ages and interests for fun and games both inside and outside including a tennis table, darts and pool table. Large double doors from the games room lead outside into the garden.
Across the front of the villa there is a large covered terrace with views over the valley which has a large dining table and is the perfect spot for long leisurely al fresco meals. At the side of the house there is a further terrace overlooking the pool. The heated salt water swimming pool is set to the side of the villa amongst lawns and natural gardens and has far reaching views over the valley. The grounds are mainly laid to lawn with olive trees and areas of woodland. Look out for the wild goats that roam the land around the villa.
Price is based on seven nights catered accommodation with exclusive occupancy of the villa. Food is charged on a per person basis on top, please see 'Services' section below.
Please note that the villa runs Monday to Monday in order to avoid long weekend queues at the local airport.

Pollensa is nestled at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, the mountain chain along Mallorca's northern coast, it is a very attractive traditional Mallorcan town which is a world away from the package holiday resorts found elsewhere on the island.

Can Queneilles is a fully staffed villa with a chef, host and a nanny to look after you during your holiday. Our team pride themselves on ensuring that every aspect of the service is seamless and your every need is anticipated. Your private chef will serve original and mouth-watering dishes from a menu tailored to your tastes, using the freshest local ingredients. Whilst your host will manage every aspect of your holiday, from suggesting and booking local activities or restaurants, to looking after you perfectly as you relax in your villa.
Our villas are fully staffed with a chef and host for 5.5 days of the week. The nanny is available for 5 days per week, for 8 flexible hours per day between 8am and 7pm. Two hours of childcare is available on both your arrival and departure day. If your flights do not allow for this arrangement, 4 hours in total will be offered on either your arrival or departure day. The villas also have a maid service for 6 days per week.
An additional nanny can be requested (subject to availability) from €845 EUR per week for 1 child.
Laundry facilities - €7 per wash.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Our villa staff can make arrangements to fill your time if your arrival or departure times do not correspond with these, for example booking a restaurant for lunch.
