The villa's private gardens and terraces that stretch down to the sea, a stone's throw from the front door, are filled with scented jasmine, honeysuckle and bougainvillea, with outdoor seating perfectly placed to take in the sun-drenched sea views. Around the grounds are palm trees that rustle in gentle warm breezes and an aromatic swathe of pine that provides both shade and privacy from the coastline. In the quiet of the evenings there's nothing like dining under the stars with the sound of the sea gently lapping on the shore just a few meters away. There is a superb 10 x 5m swimming pool, complete with changing room and bathroom that sits behind a laurel hedge. The gate in the hedge leads directly onto a sun deck that overlooks and accesses the sea.
