Villa B is a 650m² spacious luxury villa in St Tropez, in a quiet, unspoilt environment. Featuring fantastic facilities, contemporary open interiors and endless private outdoor space, Villa B accommodates for groups of 10 adults and 2 children, and is ideally positioned in walking distance to its nearest beach!

A minimalistic approach has been adopted across Villa B's contemporary interiors, complete with a careful choice of furnishings and abstract artwork adorning the walls. Located on the first floor, the free-flowing living layout exudes a bright and airy ambience, owing to high ceilings and a multitude of large windows bringing the outside in. On one side, a comfortable sofa area lies before a TV and classical wooden bookshelf, matching the surrounding décor. The adjacent balcony presents a further space to relax in the shade. This large balcony has a beautiful set-up with a large outdoor lounge area and an alfresco dining table, perfect for shady lunches or evening mealtimes. Alternatively, head back inside to dine under signature lights. Tucked behind the indoor table is a fully-equipped designer kitchen, showcasing the wooden elements present throughout the rest of the villa's interiors. A second, separate professional staff kitchen is hidden, for your private chef to prepare indulgent meals in privacy.

The outdoor swimming pool assures ultimate fun and relaxation for all ages, in complete privacy of the surrounding landscaped gardens - perfect for cooling off from hours spent soaking up the sun's rays on the terrace loungers! Back inside Villa B, the relaxation continues via a sauna, Hammam and serene, minimalistic massage room. For any guests wishing to relinquish a week of indulgent gourmet food, the spacious fitness room offers an inviting space to train, with a choice of TVs to motivate your workout in whichever way works best for you.

An extraordinary 3,200m² of secluded greenery and manicured gardens await to be explored. The surrounding shrubbery helps to create a private, enclosed space to chill in the warm Mediterranean climate. Should you wish to shelter from the sun, a pool house will let you enjoy a snack or drink under shade. The Pétanque court is sure to be a hit with all ages too, a popular activity bringing all members of the group together - perfect for a family villa holiday in the south of France!

Another setting well-suited for friendly, in-house competitions, and an ideal hideaway for teenagers, is the TV games room. Situated on Villa B's basement level, this fantastic social environment features a TV corner with sumptuous sofas and a bar area, opposite, to supply the evening's refreshments. On the other side of this floor, past the stairway, you'll find the games area. Complete with a pool table, table football and darts, there are plenty of activities to keep all group members entertained.

In total, Villa B accommodates for up to 12 guests across 6 homely bedrooms. Each bedroom is a haven of comfort in its own right; generous in size, light and airy that invites you to relax in your own private cocoon at the end of each day. The deluxe master bedroom angles toward magnificent garden views, framed by sliding glass doors that also lead out to a private seating area. Plush en-suite facilities are found in the master too. Five remaining rooms occupy the garden level of Villa B, two of which benefit from access to the terrace and garden outside, as well as en-suite facilities. Out of the five bedrooms, one of these is a cosy children's bunk bedroom (sleeping 2 guests) that shares a bathroom with another double. For any guests who wish to bring their own staff on their holiday, there are two staff bedrooms found on the lower level of the villa to accommodate them.

A 2-car garage is available for groups driving to their luxury villa holiday in the French Riviera. Air conditioning also features throughout.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for 12 guests to include full staff services (chef, butler, housekeeping, and local driver service). Food and drink are charged in addition and paid for locally.

For an active holiday in St Tropez, there are a number of tennis courts within a 1-minute walk from the villa.

St Tropez's illustrious centre is situated approximately 10 minutes by car from Villa B. Your holiday starts the moment you step foot into your luxury villa rental. A personalised welcome is provided by the villa staff team, ensuring you instantly feel at home, with luggage assistance on arrival (and departure) a great indicator of the service levels that await for the rest of your holiday. A welcome basket with Champagne and hand-picked local produce, chosen from the operator's meticulously selected local providers, and two welcome massages also await your arrival.

Offered on a Fully-Staffed basis, a team of knowledgeable professionals are on hand to cater to your every need, whilst you relax in your villa's selection of luxury facilities. Each day, a butler will be on duty (10 hours per day) to attend to your requests. For mealtimes, your very own private chef (also available for 10 hours per day) will cater to any hungering appetites with a range of delectable, gourmet food to be enjoyed across the day. Please note, food, and drink are charged in addition. For those looking to venture out beyond their luxury villa, to explore all that St Tropez in summer has to offer, a driver's service will easily transport you to a number of nearby beaches, bars, restaurants, and beach clubs. Swimming pool and garden maintenance is carried out once per week, with technical service also provided.

Daily housekeeping (10 hours per day), and a mid-stay towel and linen change, ensures cleanliness and comfort levels are maintained throughout the duration of your holiday. Upon departure, an end of stay villa clean is conducted. The usual luxury bed linen, towels and fresh flowers are also provided.
