Located just 2km from the fishing village of Sigri on the west coast of Lesbos. Sigri is a small, traditional village where the famous petrified forest can be explored. A quaint traditional Greek village, with a selection of restaurants offering some of the best fish and lobster on the island. Other villages can be reached by car or by boat, Mytilini airport is 1.5 to 2 hours drive on the East coast of the island. |

Description
This stunning, contemporary, privately owned villa has recently been completed to the highest of standards. It sits on a peninsula of 120 acres of private land, almost surrounded by the sea; offering peace and tranquillity throughout your stay. The location is like no other and offers complete privacy, the villa even comes with two of its own private beaches, one just 30 metres from the villa with a beach bale/hut and the other 400 metres which can be sheltered from the wind when the other beach is too windy to relax. The estate has its own vegetable patch where guests are welcome to pick their own harvest from grapes, pomegranates’, melon, watermelon, strawberries, limes, peppers, chilli’s, tomatoes, aubergines, potatoes, marrows and much more! There are so many activities possible on this magical land, when the wind is calm, it is possible to net fish with the housekeeper, there are lots of snorkelling spots, fishing with rods or spear gun, kayaking or take a stroll and explore the land whilst the sun is setting.....
An immaculate villa, approximately 1,000sqm in size with unique quality of construction and design, the roof of the villa is an open circled window to the sky. The staircase is handmade from metal and wood, swirling around the villa which blends in with the wooden floor. All bathrooms have been finished with the most beautiful marbles of Europe (Rosa Portogalo, Macauba, Spider, Travertino) and the house decorated with elegance in cream, yellow colours, with very smart contemporary Italian furniture. All equipment is brand new and of the highest quality to include satellite TV, Video, DVD, music system, alarm, Gas BBQ, American fridge etc. It has an elevator accessing all floors and air conditioning that can be set to the whole villa or to individual rooms. The villa even has its own private Sea Ray boat for up to 13 persons that can be rented out at extra cost (Days excursions recommended or take part in water skiing or ring donut).
Entrance floor
Entrance hallway opening onto two living rooms with floor to ceiling picture perfect sea views, opening onto separate outside sitting areas offering shade and comfortable relaxed seating. Formal dining for 8 guests. On request, formal dining for up to 25 guests.
Professional kitchen with granite worktops, electronic hobs, American fridge, dishwasher etc. Dining table for 10 guests. There is an outside dining table for 10, it is possible to add another table to dine for 16 guests.
One guest bedroom of 45sqm, complete with fully equipped kitchen, dining space, living room with fireplace and T.V, DVD player. A loft area for two children and one double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
One guest room of 30 sqm with half kitchen, double bedroom, fireplace, a loft for two children, bathroom, TV and DVD player. Both rooms have electronic blackout blinds and individually controlled air conditioning.
First floor
One 45 sqm Master suite with fireplace and place for sleeping a child up to seven years old, dressing area, en-suite bathroom, TV, DVD player. Three master bedrooms of 25 sqm each with en-suite bath or shower rooms. All bedrooms are completely different in design and have large balconies with double doors offering fabulous sea views and of the picturesque village and beautiful sunsets. Individually controlled air conditioning, electronic blackout blinds, built in wardrobes, flat screen TV and DVD player.
Sitting area with panoramic sea views and an office area with computer, internet and fax. Books for reading, working or relaxing.
Lower ground floor
Living/relaxing area with fireplace. Sofa area with 42 inch TV, DVD player, music system, Playstation 2 and home cinema. A wooded coated floor area for dancing or doing gymnastics . WC and shower. Equipped bar area with fridge. A heated interior swimming pool of 80 sqm with fountain feature and bubble area. Sauna.
Price is based on exclusive occupancy of the villa with maid & mediterranean chef. There is a 2 week stay minimum in July & August.
N.B. Please note that the prices displayed are converted daily from Euros into UK Pounds, and therefore the prices displayed will fluctuate from one day to the next. All quotes will be provided in Euros.
