The four hundred year old farmhouse restored to the highest standards of design & green friendly principles, is now an expansive and luxurious family home fusing together the best Italian style and craftsmanship with contemporary decor. The villa is open plan with an abundance of light, exposed stone, original wooden beams, travertine flooring, contemporary furniture and modern art.
An all-seasons property & a fabulous retreat for special gatherings, Villa Andrea provides the flexibility and freedom of a self catering rental up to a fully staffed experience. Covering six hundred square metres, Villa Andrea comprises 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, two sitting rooms, dining room, modern designer kitchen, games room and gym. Set around a central courtyard, containing a pizza oven and barbeque area, there are also two other terraces for the al fresco experience. The stunning pool is located in the olive grove and has breathtaking views.
Villa Andrea is designed for total relaxation & ease. For families, the pool has a remote controlled safety cover to protect little ones, plus there are toys, games, books, films and endless sleeping & feeding equipment. For the eco conscientious, energy is derived from solar panels, wood powers the underfloor heating & collected rainfall waters the immaculate lawns. For sight seers, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano & other beautiful places are on the door step. For those who love eating & drinking, an endless choice of restaurants, in-house dining or visiting nearby wine estates awaits.
