Description

This luxurious Caribbean-style villa has a wonderful location, directly overlooking Pampelonne Beach, which is just a short walk away, together with the renowned restaurant, Club 55. From the house, its terraces, pool area and large garden, there are wonderful views over the beach and the sea, from Cap Tahiti right around to Cap Camarat.

The villa is set in private grounds with palm trees and flower gardens. Huge sliding glass doors open from the spacious living area to equally spacious terraces with pillars and both covered and uncovered seating and dining areas. Just beyond this is the swimming pool, in a beautiful position, with uninterrupted views of the sea. There is also a tennis court to the rear of the property.

The villa is attended by dedicated members of staff. You can therefore enjoy relaxed suppers and candlelit gourmet dinners prepared by our chef overlooking the twinkling lights of the Bay. If you prefer to dine out then the stylish bars and restaurants of St Tropez are just a short drive away, as are those in St Maxime or the medieval hill villages of Grimaud and Gassin.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor

Large open-plan living/dining room with huge glass doors opening to terrace. Spacious, modern kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser and dishwasher. 4 double (or twin) bedrooms with plenty of cupboard space, all opening to terraces and all with en-suite bathrooms. Cloakroom.

Lower Ground Floor

Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Staff quarters. Utility room. Garaging for several cars.

Prices are based on exclusive occupancy of the villa, on a fully serviced basis with manager and chef. Please note, food and beverage is not included and will be charged at cost price at the end of the stay. No travel included.

N.B. The prices displayed are converted daily from Euros into UK Pounds, and therefore the prices displayed will fluctuate from one day to the next. All quotes will be provided in Euros.
