As you step onto the grounds of La Villa, you are greeted by the lush green gardens and unique architecture, exuding an aura of serenity and sophistication. The interior design of the property harmoniously blend contemporary elegance and timeless allure, with a refined high-end selection of furnishings. Shelter from the sun in the graceful living area or head towards the professionally equipped kitchen which stands ready to indulge culinary desires. Whilst La Villa provides an elegant dining room with large oval table for 12, you may prefer to dine outside to appreciate the soothing melody of the Adriatic breeze and surroundings.

Two expansive terraces, adorned with outdoor dining areas, provide the perfect setting for alfresco gatherings and captivating sunset soirées. For those with a penchant for culinary delights, the villa boasts an outdoor barbecue where gastronomic feasts come to life, infusing the air with tantalizing aromas. While for peaceful moments, the private garden features a cosy gazebo, the ideal way to escape and unwind in complete tranquillity surrounded by nature.

One of La Villa's most outstanding features is the swimming pool, inviting guests to indulge in a refreshing swim. Choose if savouring the panoramic views from the terrace, basking in the sun-kissed embrace of the botanical garden, or spend your days lounging and sunbathing on luxurious sunbeds by the pool. A feature fountain creates a soothing sound as you lay back with your eyes closed, enjoying a moment of relaxation.

Accommodating up to 12 guests in sublime comfort, the property features six luxurious double rooms, each a haven of sophistication and style. All rooms showcase a harmonious blend of modern design with luxurious charm, recalling the design of the rest of the property. Five of these reside within the main villa, offering resplendent views of the shimmering Adriatic Sea and verdant landscapes. The two master bedrooms can be found on the upper floor, each benefiting of a small balcony: the perfect spot for an alfresco coffee in the morning with panoramic vistas. On the ground floor, guests will find three double bedrooms, with one featuring an en suite bathroom with shower, while the other two share a separate bathroom.

Adjacent to the main villa, a secluded annexe offers a sixth accommodation unit, making it an ideal choice for extended families or friends looking for more privacy, while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the Dalmatian coast. The annexe includes a cosy bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a double, a pristine bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa as well as private parking, suitable for 4 cars and laundry facilities.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa, for up to 12 guests, and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping, daily towel changes and change of linen every three days. Mandatory end of stay cleaning is charged at a supplement of €300.

Location

La Villa offers a luxurious and peaceful escape, nestled into a luscious landscape and providing wondrous views out to the Adriatic Sea. Located on the popular Dalmatian coast within the quaint seaside village of Trsteno, this idyllic location is perfect for exploring the renowned coastline and towns of the region.

Trsteno in particular is renowned for its beautiful botanical gardens and Arboretum, just 250m from the property. This is a stunning Renaissance estate and is known for being one of the many filming locations of Game of Thrones. Dubrovnik Old Town, a highlight of the region, is approximately 20-minutes away by car, and 15 minutes by boat. For day trips, the wine country of Pelješac (40 minutes away) and the fortified town of Ston (30 minutes by car) are a must! Day boat charters allow you to explore the nearby Elaphiti Islands and the charming Korčula Island, offering picturesque landscapes and stunning beaches.

Local beaches, perfect for soaking up the sunshine and for taking a refreshing dip, include the beaches of Orašac, Sjekirica and Potok, each under 5 km from La Villa. Tresteno also has its own marina.

Dubrovnik Airport is located a 40-minutes drive from the villa.

When staying at La Villa on a self-catered basis, a personal property manager is on hand to ensure you are welcomed to highly finished and well-presented property with all the luxury comforts one might expect. Beds are made on arrival, luxury toiletries are found in each en-suite and daily housekeeping and towel changes will keep the villa at its finest through the week. Linen is changed every three days or on request.
